Open-Faced Meatball Cheeseburger Sliders


For the meatballs:

For the sauce:


Baguettes, cut into 1/4” slices Butter lettuce
Gouda cheese slicked thin Yellow onion, cut into circles
Fresh basil, cut into fine strips


1.To make the meatballs and sauce follow the meatballs in tomato rosé sauce recipe.

2.To assemble the sliders, cut the meatballs in half.

3. Top a baguette slice with a piece of lettuce, gouda cheese, and onion. Place a 1/2 of meatball onto the onion.

4. Top the meatball with a piece of the cut basil.

5. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
